Terms of Service
Effective Date: 8/25/2025
Welcome to Point Break Academy LLC. By registering for training, participating in sessions, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they explain what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
Our services are designed for youth soccer players who are eager to grow and develop in the sport. Players under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian register them for training. By registering, parents confirm that their child is physically able to participate in soccer activities and has no undisclosed medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
We provide elite soccer training, mentorship, and guidance, including, but not limited to, opportunities for players to be introduced to scouts and professional academies when the time is right. While we are committed to creating opportunities, it is important to understand that participation in training does not guarantee trials, contracts, or placements with professional clubs. All decisions regarding trials and contracts are ultimately made by the clubs and organizations themselves.
Payment for training is required in advance, and all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If a session needs to be canceled, parents must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled training time. Sessions canceled within this window may be rescheduled at our discretion, but no-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded or credited.
Players and parents share responsibility for ensuring a professional and respectful training environment. Players are expected to arrive on time, with proper equipment, ready to give their full effort. Disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or removal from training without refund.
Because soccer is a physical activity, participation carries inherent risks of injury. By registering, parents acknowledge and accept these risks. Point Break Academy LLC and its coaches are not responsible for injuries sustained during training sessions, games, or trial opportunities. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that their child has proper health insurance coverage and access to medical care if needed.
As part of our commitment to showcasing player success and sharing our mission, we may capture photos and videos during training sessions and events. These may be used on our website, social media, or other promotional materials. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please inform us in writing. All training materials, media, and website content remain the property of Point Break Academy LLC.
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during registration will be used solely for communication, scheduling, and training-related purposes. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. By participating in our programs, you agree that any disputes will be handled in accordance with these laws.
