Currently, we are located in Raleigh, North Carolina. We’ve traveled from LA California to cultivate young talents on the east coast.

In order to begin working with us, you’ll have to apply through our form, and Bobby will reach out to you. From which then we can then coordinate a an evaluation session, and from there we can suggest and recommend the next steps to be taken.

Point Break Academy (PB Academy) is built around one coach, trainer, mentor, and agent: Bobby. He works directly with players not just to improve their game, but to prepare them for the standards that professional scouts and agents look for.

When Bobby sees a player, he immediately begins evaluating how eligible they are to be presented in front of the right people. Based on that assessment, he trains and mentors them until the time is right to connect them with college programs or professional teams.

Bobby’s ability to do this comes from his own journey in the game. He’s achieved everything from winning two high school national championships to representing the U.S. Men’s National Team alongside Landon Donovan. In less than two years of being in Raleigh, NC, he’s already helped send 7 players to MLS teams and another 5 on trial opportunities.

PB Academy’s name comes from Bobby’s deepest inspiration: his father. Growing up, his father pushed him with relentless belief, always shouting from the sidelines, “Play Bobby!” That support and mindset carried Bobby through his career and now fuels the vision behind Point Break Academy — a place where belief, discipline, and opportunity come together to shape the next generation of players.
